I dont have a copy of entourage to test this, but when I sent from Outlook/Exchange, I see that notes correctly converts this to a meeting from 12-12 that repeats each day as shown:

From outlook this was an all day event that spanned multiple days...

Could you provide more information?
1) Can you send me a screenshot of the repeat options in Entourage?
2) BEFORE you accept in notes, capture the $ICAL_ORIG_STREAM property and send that to me?
